The Singapore College Of Insurance is proud to organise SAIL 2025 that is endorsed by the ASEAN Insurance Council (AIC), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), and the ASEAN Insurance Education Committee (AIEC).
Our purpose is clear: equip mid to senior leaders to make better decisions, mobilise teams, and shape ASEAN’s next chapter in insurance.
We opened Day 1 with our esteemed faculty Rohit Nambiar who led the session on Successful Leadership Skills for Transformational Leaders - turning vision, instinct, trust, and decisive action into a practical leadership play book that leaders can use immediately.
Participants broke out into groups for the second half of the day to collaborate and work on key projects and studies given by Rohit Nambiar. Each group was tasked with exploring real-world scenarios and applying the concepts discussed earlier in the day to develop practical solutions. This hands-on segment encouraged participants to exchange perspectives, challenge ideas, and strengthen their critical thinking. The group discussions also provided an opportunity for deeper engagement, allowing participants to connect theory with practice and gain valuable insights from one another’s experiences.
Outcome: leadership shifted from concept to capability - with clearer narratives, stronger communication muscle, and next steps leaders can act on immediately.
