Beyond the Bank Balance: Mastering Your Personal Cash Flow

Programme Highlights

Learn to read your personal financial statements like a financial strategist so you can manage cash flow, stay solvent, and make smarter financial decisions.

Personal financial statements are the building block for professional financial and estate planning. It is important to re-visit the basic but critical skills of analyzing the capital, liquidity & solvency of financial statements vis-à-vis the client’s loan agreement, investment contracts, business assets, and ownership structure.

Knowing this hard truth, this course is specially designed to help advisers re-orientate towards the generational wealth market. The purpose is to enable advisers to produce serious production in this market, compete strategically and effectively with the private banks, and raise their professional pride.
