This two-day course is designed to equip insurance professionals, marine underwriters, adjusters, and engineers with a comprehensive understanding of marine machinery systems, common claim scenarios, and risk management strategies. The course culminates in a hands-on vessel visit, allowing participants to experience real-world marine machinery operations onboard the MV Neptune Starlight.

Important Note – Site Visit Participation
Due to the physical and safety requirements of boarding and navigating a marine vessel, this programme IS NOT suitable for individuals who:
- Have limited mobility or difficulty walking or climbing stairs/ladders
- Are pregnant
- Suffer from severe vertigo, motion sickness, or balance disorders
- Have respiratory or heart conditions that may be affected by confined, humid, or tight spaces
- Are unable to comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
* Participants are advised to wear proper PPE attire (safety helmet, glove, safety shoes, jacket, long jeans), and will be required to follow all safety instructions issued by vessel crew and facilitators.
